This was most of the proposed 'Observation City' album that was being assembled by The Mars Bastards before the devastating news that West Coast had won the 1992 Grand Final filtered through and all further plans were ultimately abandoned. Presented finally in all its compressed glory - here are the 12 tracks that survived along with a bonus 'live' track from the late era 'Bastards.

Not so much a bridge between The Rainyard and Header (The Rainyard were really the bridge between The Rainyard and Header), the 'Bastards were more a cul de sac where the members sat curb-side and drank warming Emu from the carton.
